The Rooftop is one of many rooftops in New York City that mant villains and heroes happen to run into eachother. Sometimes battles are fought here, sometimes it is a simple place for conversation. If you're lucky you won't run into trouble, but no promises.
She sits on the edge of the rooftop, her feet dangling off the building. It would be nice to watch a sunrise from here. New York City looks so pretty, she thinks, never as good as London though, but that's just her opinion.
*Tim had been tracking Krossbow for weeks. He saw her as a valuable person to be put into the Avengers team. He flew down, and halted onto the rooftop. he landed shakily, still getting used to the suit.* Krossbow, I want to talk to you.
"Oh, wow. Iron Man is talking to me? This means it's important, is it?" She says in a very airy voice, not bothering to look at him, but instead focuses on the view. "Is SHIELD still mad at me because of last week?" she asks, referring to the villain that she seriously injured to the point that he's now unconcious, at least she didn't kill him this time, right?
Oh, I thought you didn't want your identity given? Beside the point? Anyway, do you remember the Battle of New York? You probably do. The Avengers were the ones that fought off the alien attackers, Loki, all that stuff, right? So, the Avengers have kind of disappeared over the years, and now my dad, Tony, wants me to bring a new team of Avengers into the view of the public. I wanted to know if you'd be interested in being a part of it? *he said simpily. He felt like she'd need persuading.*
"Everyone knows who I am in London. My identity is no secret." she says, in remark to the first thing. Still as airy as always. "I've never heard of the Avengers. Funny, don't you think?" She pauses for what seems like a whole minute. "Why do you want me to be an Avenger?"
Well, besides the fact that you're one of the few "Super Heroes" *he said making quotations with his robotic fingers* in this city, you're also incapable of death, I've seen your work, I trust you, you're powers are extremely advanced, and - well, yeah, whatever. You'd be useful to the team. *he said, shrugging robotically.*
That'll be discussed later. Right now, I need a team. I'd really like it if you accepted the offer, you'd make a good teamate.*He said simply, not laughing at what she thought to be a joke. If the Avengers are supposed to last, he's going to need a team soon. He thought about all that was being put on the line, the sacrifices he'd have to make to keep the United States - the world - the universe, safe.*
She shrugs. "Okay." she says, "You're boring though. Get funner." She stands from her place and walks towards him. "Saving the world isn't worth it if it's not going to be fun. So, where is this mansion?"
